How to take CBD oil
Place the drops under your tongue, hold them there for 60 to 90 seconds, then swallow. Start with a low amount and increase slowly over one to two weeks. Take it at the same time each day. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist first if you take regular medication, as CBD can interact with some medicines, and don’t take CBD if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
