CBD Oil is a natural, non-toxic and non-psychoactive compound which means there are generally no side effects to its use. If too much CBD is taken, in excess of 200mg in one dose for example, one may experience dizziness or fatigue. A typical dose is 25-30mg and a high potency dose 40-50mg.
