Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. At Dr. Hemp Me we are so confident in our CBD products that we allow our customers to try our CBD to figure out if it is the right fit for them. If you find it is not the right fit, you have sixty days from date of purchase to return the product.
Requirements:
- For some people CBD needs to build in the system before it works which is why you must try it for 3 weeks before you return the product. If after 3 weeks you are not satisfied, then we are not satisfied either & we will give you a full refund no questions asked.
- All items must be postmarked within sixty days of your purchase date.
- A reason for the return.
Returns Process
The return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to request a return. You will receive full instructions and the address to send your return. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. The customer is required to mail all returns back using a tracked delivery service.
NOTE: Parcel tracking number must be sent to [email protected] as soon as it is generated. We can then set up the return with our warehouse in advance of its arrival.
NB: No return will be accepted by Dr. Hemp Me without a tracking number. Customer must notify us of such information on the day of shipment.
Refunds
After receiving the return we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
