CBG Oil vs. CBD Oil: Which is Better?

This is a matter of personal taste. CBG and CBD are two widely used cannabinoids that fulfil similar functions in the Endocannabinoid System. Because CBD is significantly more well-known, most users prefer it to CBG oil.

Is it ok to swallow?

After allowing enough time for CBG oil to soak into the gums behind the tongue, it should only be consumed. After 90 seconds or more, excess oil in the mouth can be swallowed.

If you swallow your CBG supplement right away, the oil will need to be digested before any cannabinoids are released into your system. You may also experience a harsh taste in the back of your throat.

What is the optimum CBG dosage?

To achieve a high dose, our 20% CBG Oil requires fewer drops. Only 3-4 drops are needed to provide 30-40mg of CBD per day to the user. Aim for 25mg or more per day as a general rule of thumb.

How long should I take CBG supplements?
