The best time of day for most people is to take CBD products is first thing in the morning, similar to a vitamin, but in truth it is better to find your own sweet spot.

What is the recommended daily supplement dosage?

Again it all depends on the person, their body, and finding your own sweet spot over time. For newbies, as guidance, a good baseline dose is 25mg of CBD in one day. Use the dropper to apply the oil under the tongue and measure the daily dose of drops.
