A certificate of analysis from an independent laboratory is the single best sign of quality. It should match the batch number on your bottle, confirm the CBD content on the label, show the THC result, and ideally include tests for heavy metals, pesticides and solvents. Studies of CBD products bought online in Europe and the US have repeatedly found that many contain more or less CBD than their labels claim, and some contain THC. A lab report is how you avoid those.

2. THC-free

THC rules differ across Europe, and several countries, including Ireland, effectively allow no THC in consumer products. 4. A simple, honest ingredients list
