This guide covers where to buy CBD in Clare, what to check before you buy, the current rules, and how to choose the right product. Dr. Hemp Me is an Irish CBD company, based in Dublin since 2018, and we deliver to every town and townland in Clare. The short answer Where to buy CBD oil in Clare Buying CBD online in Clare Most people in Clare now buy CBD online, because it is easier to compare strengths, read reviews and check lab reports before you pay. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day by tracked courier and normally arrive the next working day. We deliver to every address in the county, whether you are in Ennis, Shannon, Kilrush, Kilkee, Lahinch, Ennistymon, Killaloe, Scariff, Newmarket-on-Fergus or Miltown Malbay. Buying CBD in Clare shops and pharmacies You will find CBD in some Clare pharmacies and health food shops, and occasionally in vape or gift shops. Buying in person lets you ask questions face to face, and a pharmacist can check whether CBD suits any medication you take. The downside is usually a small range, higher prices per milligram, and quality that is hard to judge from the shelf. Wherever you buy, ask to see the lab report for the batch. The Burren, the Cliffs and the Atlantic Clare has some of Ireland’s most famous landscapes: the Cliffs of Moher, the limestone pavements of the Burren, the surf at Lahinch, and Loop Head at the mouth of the Shannon. On the eastern side, Killaloe and Scariff sit on Lough Derg, and the county is also famous for its traditional music, from Doolin to Miltown Malbay. Shannon Airport and the industrial estate around it make Shannon town a major employer for the mid-west. Surfers, walkers, musicians, hospitality staff and shift workers at Shannon are among our Clare customers. Long or irregular hours and time on your feet come up again and again when people tell us why they want a calmer routine. Our Muscle & Joint Cream is popular after a long walk or session, and our guide to sleep and stress covers the habits that help most. Flying from Shannon with CBD Within the EU, THC-free CBD supplements are usually fine to carry, within normal liquid limits for oil in hand luggage. Rules vary by country, and some destinations outside the EU, including some in the Middle East and Asia, treat any CBD product as a controlled substance. Keep products in their original packaging with the lab report, and check the rules of your destination before you fly. If you are flying to the US, check US and airline rules carefully. Delivery across County Clare We deliver to every Clare address, from Ballyvaughan in the Burren to Kilkee, Kilrush and Loop Head in the west and Killaloe and Scariff in the east. Most orders placed before 2pm arrive the next working day. Is CBD legal in Clare? Yes. CBD itself is not a controlled drug in Ireland, and the same rules apply in Clare as everywhere else in the country. CBD itself is not a controlled drug, but THC (the compound in cannabis that causes a high) is controlled at any level, so a CBD product should contain no THC. The often-quoted “0.2% THC is legal” is a myth: that figure relates to which hemp varieties farmers can grow, not the THC allowed in a finished product. CBD foods and supplements also come under EU novel food rules, overseen by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI), and cannot be sold with health claims. Our CBD oils for pets are made for dogs and cats and come in three strengths, chosen by your pet’s weight: 5% for pets up to 35kg, 10% for big dogs of 35 to 55kg, and 20% for dogs over 55kg.
