The short answer Where to buy CBD oil in Kilkenny Buying CBD online in Kilkenny Most people in Kilkenny now buy CBD online, because it is easier to compare strengths, read reviews and check lab reports before you pay. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day by tracked courier and normally arrive the next working day. We deliver to every address in the county, whether you are in Kilkenny city, Thomastown, Callan, Castlecomer, Graiguenamanagh, Inistioge, Urlingford or Ballyragget. Buying CBD in Kilkenny shops and pharmacies You will find CBD in some Kilkenny pharmacies and health food shops, and occasionally in vape or gift shops. Buying in person lets you ask questions face to face, and a pharmacist can check whether CBD suits any medication you take. The downside is usually a small range, higher prices per milligram, and quality that is hard to judge from the shelf. Wherever you buy, ask to see the lab report for the batch. The Marble City and the Nore valley Kilkenny city is one of the most visited places in Ireland, with Kilkenny Castle, the Medieval Mile, St Canice’s Cathedral and festivals like the Cat Laughs comedy festival bringing crowds all year. Beyond the city, the River Nore winds through Thomastown and Inistioge, the Barrow passes Graiguenamanagh, and Castlecomer Discovery Park has woodland trails and lakes in the north of the county. And of course, Kilkenny is synonymous with hurling. Hurlers, craftspeople, hospitality workers and farmers are all among our Kilkenny customers. Physical work and sport are common reasons people ask about our Muscle & Joint Cream, while busy weekends in the hospitality trade lead plenty of people to ask about routines for winding down after a late shift. Our guides to your body clock and sleep and stress have practical tips. If you play at a level where you may be tested, choose THC-free products with a lab report. Buying CBD in Kilkenny Some pharmacies and health food shops in Kilkenny city stock CBD, and you may see it at craft fairs and markets. At stalls, ask for the lab report and the seller’s company details, and avoid anything sold as flower, buds or “cannabis”. For the widest choice and clear prices per milligram, most people order online. Delivery across County Kilkenny We deliver to every Kilkenny address, from Castlecomer and Urlingford in the north to Mullinavat and Piltown in the south. Most orders placed before 2pm arrive the next working day. Is CBD legal in Kilkenny? Yes. CBD itself is not a controlled drug in Ireland, and the same rules apply in Kilkenny as everywhere else in the country. That is why you should only buy CBD that is THC-free and backed by a lab report. All Dr. Hemp Me oils, gummies and capsules are THC-free. Buying in person lets you ask questions face to face, but ranges are often small and quality can be hard to judge on the shelf. Before you buy, ask: If a shop cannot answer these, buy somewhere that can. What to avoid in Dublin Is CBD legal in Dublin? The rules in Dublin are the same as the rest of Ireland. CBD itself is not a controlled drug, but THC, the compound in cannabis that causes a high, is controlled at any level in food products. CBD foods and supplements also come under EU novel food rules, overseen by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI), and cannot be sold with health claims. The often-quoted “0.2% THC is legal” is a myth: that figure is a farming rule, not a product limit. Read our full guide: is CBD oil legal in Ireland?. Which CBD product should I choose? Never give a pet a CBD product made for people, as some flavourings, such as xylitol, are toxic to dogs. Our CBD oils for pets come in three strengths, chosen by weight: 5% for pets up to 35kg, 10% for big dogs of 35 to 55kg and 20% for dogs over 55kg. Speak to your vet first, especially if your pet takes medication. How to compare CBD prices in Dublin Shop prices in Dublin vary widely. The fairest comparison is cost per mg of CBD: divide the price by the total mg in the product. At the time of writing, our 10% oil works out at about 6c per mg and our 30% oil under 5c per mg. Very cheap “hemp oils” with huge numbers on the label are often hemp seed oil with little or no CBD. See where to buy CBD oil in Ireland for a full price comparison.
