This is a guided starting dose and can be increased to 6 drops daily after one week. Continue this process until you reach an ideal dose.

How do I take CBD oil?

Step 1) Start with 3 to 4 drops (30 to 40mg of CBD). Step 2) Drop the CBD oil under your tongue. Step 3) Hold it there for 90 seconds. Step 4) Swallow what is left.
