SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dr Hemp Me. The following are our terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within the same business day once the order is received before 1pm. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. All orders are sent out the same day once the order is received before 1pm.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Methods
AN POST – If the order is received before 1pm you can expect your package the next day or within 1 to 3 business days. A tracking number will be sent to your email.
Free Shipping – This is offered on sales of over €50 and also sent with AN POST. If your order is received before 1 pm you can expect your package within 1 to 3 business days.
European Shipping Methods
All European deliveries are shipped using AN POST or DPD delivery service. Please contact support for information on a specific country.
