How to take CBD Oil under the tongue?

Drop the required dose of CBD Oil under the tongue and hold here for 90 seconds at least before swallowing.

 

Do not swallow CBD oil immediately after dropping it under your tongue as this will eliminate the chance for the product to absorb under the tongue.

How long does CBD take to work?

CBD is a food supplement so just like vitamins and minerals it takes some time to build up a supply in the body. The length of time varies from person to person.

It is recommended to take CBD oil every day for the first 3 weeks starting out to build up this supply. After this time, you can revisit how often you would like to supplement, maybe moving to every other day.

What is CBD Oil?

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Deliveries are sent from our warehouse every business day. Once you order before 2.30p Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped that day and you should receive it the next working day in Ireland.
